Design of Vision system in conjunction with automation and PLC's using Cognex and other vision systems. Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic schematic design.

Fully-automatic and semi-automatic assembly lines including Adept and Yamaha robots, servos, barcode readers and tracking/quality systems. Several integrated Cognex vision systems. Automation integrated with automatic Bosch torque guns.
